· Support the planning, creation and administration of Agency acquisition and assistance (A&A) awards
· Enable the organization and dissemination of all A&A Policy guidance for both internal and external audiences who are involved in the A&A process
· Enable the monitoring and measuring of USAID’S progress in implementing its mission by allowing for current, accurate, and timely A&A reporting in order to comply with federal regulations, internal agency needs and external requirements.

Years of Experience: 5+ years using SQL and implementing SQLPLUS and PL/SQL (Experience in Oracle 10, and 11G
Required Education: HS diploma, some college and/or technical coursework in Oracle.
Required Certifications: none required.
Clearance: Secret or eligible for Interim Secret

Job Description:
Work with project manager and agency employees to provide accurate reports encompassing data from USAID headquarters and overseas mission covering all acquisitions assistance and interagency agreements awarded by USAID. Work with data from various systems: Phoenix Viewer, GLAAS, ePICS, NMS, ProdDoc, mPICS, and etc.
· Plan control, coordinate, and organize data and schedule of tasks for the development of mandatory and ADHOC reports against the Agency’s database.
· Analyze, design, and create data extracts from Agency’s databases to comply with Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Provide quarterly and monthly data submission files on the Federal Assistance Award Data System (FAADS-PLUS) according to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA).
· Experience in Oracle scripts/queries
· Design and create ad-hoc (daily) procurement reports as required.
· Analyzes data stored in the database and makes recommendations relating to performance and efficiency of that data storage.
· Writes and maintains database standards and documentation.
· Produce summary as well as detailed on demand, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
· Work effectively with USAID applications teams to correct/enhance/maintain/test data requirements for OMB and ADHOC reporting.
· Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase reporting accuracy and reduce labor intensive manual data cleansing.
· Experience preferred but not required for the following USAID applications: Prism, ePICS, Momentum, and FPDS NG
