With the acquisition of PSES, Ms. Alvarenga will strengthen and expand the services that she can offer in the Central American region. At the same time, PSES and SGC will be a strategic partner of Pillar Systems Corporation in any opportunities that require support from Latin America.

SAN SALVADOR, DECEMBER 1, 2008 - The Pillar Systems Corporation, a Virginia-based company located in Alexandria which conducts business in the Washington, DC metropolitan area announced today that it purchased SGC, a San Salvador-based company which conducts business throughout El Salvador, and plans to expand further into the Central American region. The Pillar Systems Corporation paid an undisclosed amount for the SCG consulting company. This purchase is highly complementary and brings a strategic vision and value to the operations of Pillar Systems Corporation offering additional services and support to the region.

USAID, May 15, 2006 - Pillar Systems Corporation has entered into a subcontract agreement with SRA International to support USAID under the Prime 3.4 BPA contract. Five companies won the right to compete for task orders under a five-year, $4 billion IT and communications services contract from the U.S. Agency for International Development.

AT&T Government Solutions Inc., Computer Sciences Corp., ManTech International Corp., Northrop Grumman Information Technology and SRA International Inc. received blanket purchase agreements for the Principal Resource for Information Management Enterprisewide program, also known as Prime 3.2.

The program is the follow-on to the Prime 2.2 program, whose ceiling limit is running out. The new blanket purchase agreements were awarded under the General Services Administration’s Schedule 70.

DHS USCG, April 25, 2006 - Pillar Systems Corporation was awarded a 5 year 4 Million contract to the DHS United States Coast Guard in Alexandria, Virginia to perform CONUS and OCONUS Certification Accreditation on General Support and Major Application.
